Though the shore lunches we provide to our guests are the highlight of many folks eating experience at Sabourin, our culinary staff strive to outshine the more rustic efforts of the guides! Steaks hot off the grill, smorgasbords, prime rib, fresh soups, salads and tempting deserts are the standard at dinner. Full breakfasts of our famous Red River cereal, bacon, eggs, pancakes, hash browns, coffee and home-made breads start your day off right. All provided in the tasteful comfort of our dining room where the attentive staff ensures a warm dining environment.
