Greetings from Sabourin Lake Lodge,
It is hard to believe we're already halfway through March 2022. As we look at the snow outside our window, we are dreaming of the beautiful waters at Sabourin Lake Lodge. The past two years have been difficult, but we are thrilled to be opening for the 2022 fishing season and are most looking forward to welcoming all of our guests back.
We were able to take advantage of the down time to renovate the lodge and the staff are anxious to show off their hard work.
Just think what two years with no pressure on the water will have done to our already fantastic fishery. The fish will only have grown bigger and will be super aggressive after not seeing a lure for so long.
Catching the fish is the best, but don’t forget the mouthwatering shore lunch that will be the highlight of your day. Many have tried to duplicate the unforgettable taste of walleye cooked in the great outdoors, but there is nothing that compares to the feast that our amazing guides produce each day.
Sabourin Lake Lodge will continue to be an oasis of peace and calm that everyone is needing to come back to in order to relax and recharge. Fred and Susan Penner will be back on the dock to welcome you and make you feel at home.
